From here you can view your child's progess via the "Interactive Learning Diary Parent Portal" click on the ILD logo and enter your logon name, password and activation key (all of these will be provided by Westside)
Observations take 3 days before they go live on the site, this gives the practitioner time to get everything just right and the administration team time to check that it is just right!!
